Technical Assistance

Spanish Coalition for Housing’s bilingual stuff helps clients work through state and federal housing program regulations and requirements, including energy credit, property tax relief and other programs.  Counseling includes translation of English-language forms for Spanish speaking person and help with required documents and letters. On occasion, SCH staff will even appear in court to assist a client with housing-related language needs.
