Oswaldo's Story

Oswaldo Aguilera Razo came to the United States from Guanajuato in 2016, determined to build a better future for his family. Like many first-time homebuyers, he dreamed of owning a home but wasn’t sure where to begin. Through SCH’s guidance and support, Oswaldo received the tools and resources he needed to make that dream a reality. With $18,000 in down payment assistance, he was able to purchase his first home, achieving what once felt out of reach.

Today, Oswaldo and his family are proud homeowners, finding comfort and stability in a space they can truly call their own. His story reflects SCH’s commitment to helping families achieve lasting stability, financial security, and the dream of homeownership.
